Exhibitors important notes

This is the opportunity for suppliers to exhibit their products and detail marketing plans and developments to Nisa Retailers, Today’s Group Wholesalers and Costcutter Retailers.

09.00 Exhibitors set up/merchandise stands
12.00 - 14.30 Lunch available in the Exhibition Hall.
18.00 All exhibition stands to be completed - Exhibition Hall closes.
19.15 Coaches depart from Hotels to the Chesford Grange Hotel for The Today’s Group Exhibition Dinner & Presentation.
20.15 The Today’s Group Exhibition Dinner & Awards Presentation.
Midnight Coaches return to Hotels.
Tuesday 31st March 2009
10.00 Nisa-Today’s / Costcutter Exhibition open.
12.00 - 14.30 Lunch available in the Exhibition Hall.
17.30 Exhibition closes.
19.15 Coaches depart from Hotels to the Chesford Grange Hotel for The Nisa Exhibition Dinner & Presentation.
19.30 Welcome reception at the Chesford Grange Hotel.
20.15 The Nisa Exhibition Dinner & Awards Presentation.
Midnight Coaches return to Hotels.
Wednesday 1st April 2009
10.00 Nisa-Today’s / Costcutter Exhibition open.
12.00 - 14.30 Lunch available in the Exhibition Hall.
16.00 Exhibition Hall closes.

MONDAY 30 MARCH - SET UP DAY

Please do not arrive any earlier than 09.00 hours.
No display material or merchandise can be delivered to the Exhibition Centre before MONDAY 30 MARCH SET UP DAY as there are no facilities for storage. Responsibility will not be taken for merchandise delivered to un-manned exhibition stands.

Each stand will have a 13 amp socket outlet and a 1.8 metre fluorescent fitting, fascia with company name panel, small table and two chairs. If you require any further equipment please see attached details of accessories and price list.

Exhibitors must not bring any drinks for hospitality purposes into the Exhibition Area. However suppliers will be able to offer sampling in a sensible manner but must supply their own disposables. Tea/coffee will be available throughout the day, free of charge. For those who have not pre-booked lunch, sandwiches are available in the Exhibition Hall. Please note stand costs include tea and coffee/lunches for those manning stands.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NISA RETAIL MEMBERS, TODAY’S GROUP WHOLESALE MEMBERS AND COSTCUTTER RETAILERS MAY ATTEND THE EXHIBITION ON EITHER TUESDAY 31 MARCH OR WEDNESDAY 1 APRIL AND STANDS SHOULD BE MANNED ACCORDINGLY WITH RELEVANT PRICE INFORMATION AVAILABLE.

The exhibition closes at 16.00 on Wednesday 1 April - Stock MUST NOT be removed from the stands until this time. All stands and stock must be cleared from the exhibition area no later than 20.30 hours.

TODAY’S GROUP WHOLESALE MEMBERS AND SUPPLIERS AWARDS DINNER WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CHESFORD GRANGE HOTEL ON MONDAY 30 MARCH AT 19.30. THE NISA RETAIL MEMBERS AND SUPPLIERS AWARDS DINNER WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CHESFORD GRANGE HOTEL ON TUESDAY 31 MARCH AT 19.30.

EXHIBITING SUPPLIERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND BOTH THE WHOLESALE AND RETAIL AWARDS EVENINGS AS RELEVANT. HOWEVER, IN ORDER TO PREVENT OVERCROWDING AT THE RETAIL DINNER ON TUESDAY 31 MARCH, WE WILL INITIALLY BE ALLOCATING A MAXIMUM OF 2 PLACES PER SUPPLIER COMPANY. THERE WILL BE A WAITING LIST OPERATING FOR ADDITIONAL PLACES BASED ON A ‘FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED’ BASIS. PLEASE * THE 2 NAMES OF THOSE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND THE DINNER.

ALL DINNERS MUST BE PRE-BOOKED, SEE ATTACHED BOOKING FORM.
